Over the years pictures of a rather distinct looking Moke in the US pops up on various websites and forums and although it is obvious from the pictures it was involved in racing, not much else was known about the Moke until I made contact with the previous owners and have been able to piece together much of its early history.

This ex competition Moke in the US has been restored to his competiton specs and was recently sold on the www.wirewheels.com website with an asking price of around US$8,900.

1968 Racing Moke at Phillip Island Raceway and the drivers name was Hicks. This picture was found on an internet forum and has been tracked down to have come from the www.autopics.com.au website.
