A good article where the Factory built 4WD Moke is put through its paces and the while the reveiwers were surprised that it performed better than they expected they weren't exactly glowing in their review on the prototype that was built. The 4WD Moke never went into production while the prototype spent the first 20 years of its life in the roof of Port Darwin Motors with very few kms' on the clock until the owner Des Nudl passed away and his family donated it to the local university who let it rot away in the car park!
