The Australian Moke Register aims to record as much information about Mokes as we can possible find in the way of body features, registrations, sales and other aspects to preserve the information about Mokes before any more is lost. There is not much in the way of records from the factory regarding the production details of the Mokes so when it comes to understanding what was produced the AMR becomes a useful resource for people doing research or just wanting to find out more about their Moke. This third incarnation of the Australian Moke Register on Mokewerx started in September 2021 and is separated into smaller tables of information that enbale us to collect and record event he smallest snippet of information or a photo and over time hopefully connect it with other bits of information to build a bigger picture of each individual Moke.
The original Australian Moke Register was a growing spreadsheet that was converted to an online data base and was more or less last updated around 2009, the results that you can search and sort can be found under the Original Moke Register menu item. A few years later an online form was provided to allow people to provide the details directly, however due to spamming and the form being to details and complex for some the data received was not as useful as hoped for although having said that there were a number of entries made that really did provide useful information and even some photos. Those entries are not visible on line.
The first part of rebuilding the Australian Moke Register is the re-entry of the data from the two earlier collections and numerous other items we have been collecting over the years but not entered anywhere.
