Mokes Inc. is a not for profit organisation incorporated in Victoria that aims to provide Moke activities and events for Moke owners around Australia. It offers Moke owners who want to get together with other Moke owners in their area the promotion, organisational and infrastructure support to encourage local club like activities around Australia.

Mokes Inc. grew from the needs and wants of the on line Moke community at www.moke.com.au who were wanting to hold activities 'offline' and enjoy the sense of belonging to a club and enjoying their Mokes without changing their on line community and what it offers. Mokes Inc. provides the infrastructure and support of a national Moke club allowing individuals to concentrate on enjoying events and activities in their localities without having to setup and maintain lots of smaller organisations.

Mokes Inc. intends to work co-cooperatively with the existing state based Moke clubs in areas where our interests overlap, such as national events and activities to promote Mokes, and does not wish to infringe upon or be viewed as a alternative for their existing membership base. Should a group of Moke owners decide it has sufficient interest in forming a state or region based Moke club then Mokes Inc. will be there offering encouragement and support to assist the new club to establish itself. Where numbers or geographical limit that possibility then Mokes Inc. will continue to provide the underlying club.

With the origins of Mokes Inc coming from the The Moke Forum on line community it has two distinct differences from a traditional car club. Firstly the organisational structure is very flat with elected custodians to look after the legal obligations and guiding principals of Mokes Inc. while everyone else has an equal voice in the organisation. The second item of difference is the primary means of communication will be via the Internet and as such doesn't have any plans for a printed club magazine, regular meetings in a physical location or offer alternative information sharing service not already available on line at The Moke Forum.

Primarily Mokes Inc is about getting people to enjoy their Mokes at friendly and responsible activities and events.

NSW North-coast, Lismore

Rob, a mad keen Melbourne Storm supporter, has a couple of Mokes and really did needed to let one of them go but in the end it was painful to see his daughter go but it was the best decision for everyone in the end.  Now with time on his hands to play with his Mokes he is always up for a drive as long as he can borrow your trailer.
