A Buffet style BBQ meal with Desserts at the PCYC Hall in Gurwood St. Presentations for major raffles, Show and Shine and a few appreciations. The evening isn't expected to run too late, giving people with a big drive Monday time to get some sleep.

For the younger ones Nuggets abnd Chips meal and teenagers get the main meal at half price.
I would suggest people with younger children who are unlikey to eat $10.00 worth of nuggets get a feed before they get to the hall. Please don't bring the meal in with you.. |
