[FIRSTNAME]

MokfeFest is only about 150 days away and for some people that is a long time away, for others registered it is not soon enough as they are very keen to enjoy Mokefest and for me it is probably too soon as I always seem to be behind in the things I need to get done. Whatever your perspective MokeFest is going to happen and it is shaping up to be a big event for the Moke Community.

Event Registration

As I am not confident that 100% of the registration are making it through the Online registration form, I have changed things and just ask that people send an email, even just reply to this email, and we will contact you for your details.

As we are still finnding some people who had tried to register but we did not receive it, I have extended the draw for the MokeFest T-Shirt until the end of November.

If you are not sure if you are registered for MokeFest, look at this list of people and/or send an email to Rod and Faye

Already Registered.
Thank you for being registered and you can look forward to another email Newsletter to be sent out within a day or two of this one with some more information about the merchandise available, the evening meals and the chance to be part of a National newspaper promotion for MokeFest.

Accommodation
City/Wagga Beach Caravan park no longer has cabins available but still some powered and tent sites available but they are being taken up so please be quick. Check out the available accommodation

Evening Meals

Friday night catering has been booked and will be a Spit Roast arrangement with a Fish/Chicken option for those who prefer not to eat read meat on Good Friday. Sunday night caterers have been booked but not quite sure of the meal at this stage, but Buffet is looking good. Saturday night will probably be a look after yourself night for meals with a number of options available.

Moke Show at the Beach

Details for this will start appearing on the website soon however it is shaping up to be a Sunday event at Moke Central. Specialised trophies are being arranged along with some Moke entertainment. There will be judging for some cars but the idea is too just get everyone togehter for a fun day down at the Wagga Beach.

Sunday Night Dinner
The venue is the Police Citizens Youth Club, and old style hall with decor from 1970 to suit the theme of the evening has been booked and the evening will be in Moke period style dress, so wear something from the 60'70's or 80's or Moke related. If I can get some Audio visual equipment equipment for the evening there are a few items planned including a preview of 'MokeFest the Movie' which will be available on DVD after the event.

Past Newsletters
A couple of queries this month about past Newsletters. They can be found on the website under the menu item 'MokeFest Newsletters' and by then clicking on Archive.

Merchandise
The plan is to have a number of Moke related products available for purchase, as they will be the main avenue for the funding of MokeFest, so there should be something for every budget and taste. The T-Shirts and grille badge are underway while number plate surrounds, mugs, windcheaters and polo shirts, hats, stubby coolers/holders and some more items are being sourced.
If you register after merchandise for the event has to be order, in some cases up to 10 weeks before the event, then you will probably miss out, so please register soon.

If you would like to know more or have any questions, then please just ask

Look forward to seeing you at MokeFest,
Terry
