Things are getting busy around here after a recent trip to Wagga to firm up a few more activities and venues, however this month I would like to mention a couple of registration issues and the availability of the first t-shirt. Missing Registrations for MokeFest It appears that some people have registered online for MokeFest but their details have not managed to reach us for some reason. Please check if you appear on the list of people attending and if not then please go through the registration process again and this time send an email to terry@mokefest.com.au to let me know you have registered so I can make sure we received your details. If you have difficulties with the online form, then don't get frustrated just put your details in an email and send them to RodandFaye@mokefest.com.au and they will look after it. Please Register for MokeFest Registering via the online form for MokeFest doesn't cost you anything but it does help with planning for the number of people attending in terms of catering, venues and merchandise. If you expect, excluding natural or personal disaster, to be at MokeFest 2009 in Wagga next year then please take a moment to register online now. As a blatant attempt to provide incentive and as a thank you to all people who have registered by the end of October I will put everyone in the draw for a yet to be determined prize of some sort. MokeFest Website I have done a lot of work over the past few weeks trying to get more information out onto the website so hopefully you can get more of an idea what is in store for you at MokeFest. Rather than holding onto information until I can confirm it is going to happen I have been updating the site with lots of information about what I am working on that may not be quite finalised but I expect it to be a part of MokeFest. The site now includes Schedule or Program of activities Merchandise for sale before during and after MokeFest Hall of Fame for people helping with MokeFest Positions vacant for people who would like to help with MokeFest If there is something you would like to see, or information you can't find, on the website then please let me know. MokeFest T-Shirts It has taken me some time but I have found a business able to print the type and quality of t-shirts I want for MokeFest and MokeWerx. This first shirt is only available to those who have registered for MokeFest so if you haven't registered please do so. Two other shirts based on the posters used to promote MokeFest will be available only to those who attend MokeFest 2009. Businesses an organisations Supporting MokeFest The various businesses and organisations listed here are providing support to MokeFest so that we can all enjoy the weekend. If you have the opportunity to support any of them then please do so.
