Moke Ocean Road Tour
Image   Moke Ocean Road - January 31st and February 1st
As a result of discussions at IMD Geelong the Moke Ocean Road trip was born as a great summer time run down the iconic bitumen that runs along the southern edge of Victoria. The day is open to club and non club members.

The Moke Ocean Road is still being planned as both a one day and two day trip where those that need to get back to Melbourne on the Saturday can travel back with others while the rest might enjoy a few night activities in the area and some more of this great driving road.

The trip is being organised as a combined event between MokeWerx and the Moke Owners Association and is open to non-club members with a Moke to enjoy the experience of group Moke Tours.

Accommodation over night down the Moke Ocean Road is not being booked to allow people to make their own selection from Camping on the foreshore to any of the many B&B or Motels in the area. Depending on the numbers and interest the Glow Worms or other evening activities may be planned

First meeting point for the trip will be the Shell Service Centre on the Western Ring Road just south of the Ballarat Rd where we will be departing at 8:30am sharp. Second pick up point will be the Service Centre on the Geelong Freeway near the airport, this wont be a stop so please be ready
to go before 9am.The next stopping pick up will be outside the Surfs shops in Torquay.

Overnight is looking like being around Skeene Creek at the foreshore camping ground with poowered and onsite sites. Hopefully we will be early enough for a Swim or two and maybe a short drive up into the hills.

Sunday is still unplanned at this time and may not be planned until Saturday when we find who is hanging around for Sunday touring.
