Buchanan Ferrari 250 LM - Smith / Seeton Morris Mini Moke - Rothmans 12 Hour Sports Car Race - Surfers Paradise 1966 - Photographer John Stanley The Moke appears to be an early 10" wheeled variety and it still has the spare wheel on the rear which is strange considering efforts to make other aspects of the Moke aerodynamic. You can also see the pieces cut from the front grille to make access to the starter motor and generator easier. back -end does seem to be 'dragging' which suggests either a problem in the rear suspension or there was extra fuel tanks installed in the rear perhaps.
