AMR300 Superchargers
« on: April 28, 2011, 10:44:43 PM »
Hi,

Does anyone have the details for someone in Adelaide doing supercharger kits, probably using the AMR300 SC?

300 would be too small

500 would be better ;)

or just go all out and get the SC12 kit

it is if you are after bolt on power.....

getting a head ported, new valves etc will cost you 800, throw a new carb and extractors on another 500

or spend the same money on a SC kit and SC and you will get another 25%ish power increase with a nice torque boost!

i know what id take...

Hi,

The SC12 is probably the one someone suggested I look for in Adelaide, so a PM with details would be nice, thanks Matt.

The AMR300 is the one that Andrew on here fitted some years back.

This SC12 set up has the same issue I saw on another set up today/yesterday and that is there is no provision for the upper engine steady on that side of the Moke.

No, it wont.

They are very similar in appearance, but will not fit Ben's kit.

Besides an SC14 is far too big for even a warm 1275...

Worth seeing if he still has both!
