Could it be this scene out of "The Prisoner"? A fountain not a swimming pool though.

I was surfing around on TV (as blokes do) a few months back and I stumbled upon this very episode of "The Prisoner" on TV.  What a weird show!  If it wasn't for the Mokes I would have turned it off.
