Forum name same as car name (not gunna tell you lot my family nickname!)

Was looking for a colour to paint my moke which had been stripped to bare metal.
Was over yellow (buttercup)
Was drinking a glas of Caberner Sauvingnon
held the glass up to the sun
fell in love with the colour
searched through english colours
found one that matched well enough
decided the name was too long
(wouldn't fit on a sticker across the windscreen)
so shortened it to CabSav
Which has been shortened to Cabby
AKA battered sav, cabster, taxi cab etc etc
......sigh!

oh - and nearly always post in my cars colour!
Been there....
Done that....

Name of the car. Ever since i have known the moke is been called Noddy. My uncle chose the name when he got it many years ago. When it was passed onto us we just stuck with the name, partly because it has personal plates with the name

Halfpint, given to me cause I was always smaller than the blokes I worked with, couldnt really say if I was small, or    , well........ any way, used to tell them that that I was 120kg's when I started to work with em. And always had a Moke, so the knickname has stuck for a long time.
